The beaches that are located facing the Indian and Pacific oceans have the added appeal of being much warmer than its southern counterparts, simply because the waters of the Great Southern Ocean is of a much lower temperature.

Cable Beach in Western Australia is one of the finest beaches in the world, its sand is almost white and is washed every day by the 9 metre tides which keep it in perfect condition.

This beach is over 32 miles in length as are many in the area. The township of Broome is located here, Broome has thriving Pearl Industry, also a vibrant fishing industry. It is an excellent area in which to holiday and just 'Chill out'.
